Welcome to TheReframe,

This blog has been designed to help anyone and everyone around the world feel that little bit brighter one day at a time.

Life is a challenge, it isn’t linear and that’s ok. We grow from the challenges we face but sometimes it’s hard to navigate those feelings when you can’t see the light.

I am writing this as someone who has struggled with their mental health a few years ago and I made the decision to invest in therapy and it’s quite literally, changed my life. However, I know not everyone can afford this or even want to take that step because it isn’t easy to admit that you’re struggling. This is why I have started The Reframe, where I share one message a day to help you rewire your brain to feeling that little bit brighter and lighter because our thoughts are heavy.

Once you reframe your mind I promise you it can get better, just be calm, be kind to yourself and most of all take it one step at a time because you will get through the dark times.

Don’t worry about what happened yesterday or last year, you can’t change the past but you can make the steps to reshape your future. Your life is yours and that’s the most expensive thing you’ll ever own.

Today is day one, so take this moment to start your Reframe journey and speak more kindly to yourself. This is something I struggle with as I am so self critical but what you speak to yourself is reflected in your mood and energy. So once you start feeding positive energy into yourself it will reframe your mind.
